Traditional or "Trad" Jazz is the lively, happy, syncopated music of the early 20th Century. Bands typically have a front line of clarinet, trumpet, cornet and trombone, plus banjos, tuba, piano and drums.

When you visit our events you will see folks doing the Charleston Strut, the Foxtrot and many other dances from the early years of the last century.

Just ask if you want to learn some steps or learn more about the music. We are very friendly folks and love to talk about the music with newcomers.

*We rent the Elks' dance floor. We are not affiliated with the Elks organization.
